Product Information & Craftsmanship

All Tokens of Valor products are handcrafted and made to order. Because each item is individually forged, shaped, finished, and inspected by hand, slight variations in texture, finish, dimensions, and appearance are not considered defects, but part of the character and authenticity of handmade craftsmanship.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Fulfillment & Production Times

All orders are made to order and require production time prior to shipment. Current manufacturing timelines may take up to two (2) weeks before an order ships, depending on workload, material availability, and the complexity of the piece ordered.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates. We appreciate your patience and support for handcrafted small-batch work.

Shipping Policy

At this time, Tokens of Valor ships only within the United States.

Domestic shipping is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Tokens of Valor is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Sales Final / Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We do not resize products after purchase.
Custom, personalized, or modified items are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Bracelet & Ring Sizing

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate sizing information when ordering. Tokens of Valor is not responsible for improper fit resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Sizing guides are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee fit preferences.

Materials & Wear

Our products are crafted from real metals including sterling silver, brass, and gold. Over time, these materials naturally develop wear, patina, oxidation, scratches, and other signs of use. These characteristics are normal and part of the intended aesthetic of heirloom-quality metalwork.

Proper care and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer.
